I ordered a Ralph Loren polo shirt for my husband to wear to his high school reunion. The color was obviously faded. I called the next day on Thursday at 5 am and spoke to Trisha in Massachusetts. She had a brand new shirt at the shop by 10:45 am on Saturday 08/09, the day of the reunion. I am so grateful to DXL and UPS for coming through for us!
