I drove 45 minutes after confirming online that certain shirts were “available for in-store pickup,” but when I arrived, the store didn’t have them at all. Not only was it frustrating, it felt like a complete waste of time and gas. This store clearly needs better inventory management support from corporate—what’s shown online should actually match what’s in stock.
