why is there a new associate working every time i come in? and why is only one person working instead of 2 or 3? is your company that unorganized or do you pay shitty or are the higher ups supporting there store teams? this year it’s been a whirlwind of bad customer service like the company is disorganized!!!! i like your clothes but the prices are high for how little employees are!!!!! every time i come in and shop a different person rings me out!! this store seems to have high turn over. why?! also, employees seem to use there phones too often. it’s like customer service is bare minimum. i like one of the associates over the other and it looks like other reviews match up to that. it’s sad to read reviews of high turn over & bad customer service. . it’s embarrassing for people who spend hard earned money to get treated like crap when workers seem to be unhappy coming to work. upper management must suck if turn over is this high wow. . . going in the holiday season with that much turnover is scary for us shoppers

Me and my parents went to get clothes for my dad. After finding a couple shirts, we checked out and one was missing a tag. So the worker Amy asked if there was another one, and there was in a size bigger. She then spent *not exaggerating* 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do because it wasn’t the same size. Even though it was the same shirt and the same price. She stood there in silence trying to figure it out when she easily could have just scanned the bigger size, or explained why she couldn’t. But she sat there for 15 minutes staring at the shirt confused. The whole time we were there she was also helping another customer for 30 minutes to do a simple return, to which that client was frustrated too. Overall extremely poor experience, and will not be going back.

None of my once common pants sizes are kept at this location or others in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Utah, Colorado, Maryland, or Virginia. My sizing hasn't changed over the last decade. Overall, I spend too much time seeing if I can find clothing to fit as I try different manufacturers for things like home, dress, and business casual clothing. No success anymore across the brands and locations. It became apparent that DXL sends what they think a location needs rather than stocking to local's needs. I wasn't the only person/group having problems finding things. It really hurts when you have to order things that used to be standard carries while trying to avoid sales taxes as my state of residence charges sales tax on clothing.
