- LTLevent TSep 1, 20254.0If you are XXL and looking good quality products, this is the place you have to stop by But one negative experience, the lady in the store who is working when we were there, a little bit off the grid I tried a shirt which was packed I opened that and tried I didn’t like it and I gave to her and she asked can I bring from the fitting room packaging clips and papers !!!!::)))) I said, “you want me to bring those to you?” and she said “yes” ::::))))) No comment !!!!! I did For that reason quality of the service 1 over 10

- GTGeniya TalskyJul 3, 20223.0Store had a decent selection of things for the sizes and styles they vary. Employees were a little short and kind of rude. We had a belt emergency and ordered online, Uber there and as soon as I said what I was picking up the attitude showed up. “Well that’s why you’re supposed to wait to get the EMAIL!” … I hope that was a fluke. There were two employees in the front with one customer checking out and another just wondering around. They were not busy and the rudeness wasn’t necessary at all. Then for 20min they couldn’t find one belt. So I selected another and said I’ll just exchange it. You would have thought I said something out of this world ludicrous! She just went off saying “you can’t just EXCHANGE it! You have to return it and wait for the money to be refunded and then buy a new one!!” I laughed and said what if I can afford to buy another belt now before the money is returned 😱🤣 she didn’t find the humor in that at all and simply went back to looking for the belt instead of checking me out. Interestingly enough; once I had said that, they quickly found the belt. the Uber driver was the winner here because I was charged $18 to have him wait in addition to the trip there and back.
