  Outstanding Service and Attention to Detail — DXL Delivers Again I stopped by this DXL location today to exchange some belts I purchased last month that no longer fit. Nathan greeted me with a friendly attitude and immediately took care of the exchange without any hassle. While we were talking, he also addressed another concern I had and went above and beyond by showing me a new collection that was exactly what I’d been looking for. I ended up leaving with a few additional items that fit perfectly and matched my needs. Nathan’s customer-first attitude, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who listens carefully and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right solutions. Thank you, Nathan, for the excellent service and for representing DXL so well.   I usually avoid shopping here because the prices tend to be higher than I'm willing to pay. I came here looking for a short-sleeve dress shirt (I couldn't find one that fit right at K&G) and was pleasantly surprised at the options. Nathan was working that day and really helped us find some options and eventually found something that worked for my body shape (i have broader shoulders/thicker neck than the standard sizes). He was very friendly and knowledgable. Because of this, I am definitely coming back!
