You will be able hand wash your car at any time, preferably 1 week before you run it through the car wash, and 30 days before waxing your car.
What is a supplement?
A supplement is additional repairs that are needed which are found in the course of doing a repair on the car. We work with the insurance company to resolve the supplement issue so we can get your car back to pre-loss condition.
When is payment due?
Full payment is due before the car is released.
