  Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and kind. My salesman, John was amazing! A great group to work with. I would definitely recommend Dutch's Ford. Thank you, guys!!

  They have lots of beautiful cars. But they don't leave cars unlocked. That made me mad. I like to sit in the cars without being heckled by a salesman. But when they are all locked and it is 80+ degrees outside I will take my business elsewhere.

  I’m not one to write bad reviews, I actually have never left a review period but this has completely aggravated me. This Monday I had taken my Ford Bronco into Dutch’s Ford To have it checked out. Something feels like it is not running right. I had called the previous week and made an appointment and spoke to a man on the phone and we went over what my “service” would look like. I was told over the phone that there would be no charges unless I had work done vehicle. I was never told about a diagnostic charge or that there would be a fee to even have my car in their shop. I was extremely caught off guard when I had received the phone call that there was nothing wrong with my car(Which is fine, just some new spark plugs Which I did not have installed by them). What I am really upset about is the fact that one I was not told that there would be a fee associated with plugging a computer but also I was spoken to in an extremely rude manner by Kyle Who works in the service department. This to me is a very deceptive business practice. I would like to know beforehand that I would be charged a diagnostic fee because if I would have known, I would have not paid $170 for a computer to be plugged into my car when I could have gone to AutoZone it had done it for free.

  We had a very positive experience at Dutch's Ford. Todd Duncan was our sales associate, and he answered all of our questions without pressuring us at all. We drove three vehicles for comparison, and we decided on the Badlands Bronco Sport. We got a really great deal, and we are both extremely satisfied with our whole experience at Dutch's. We really wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
