  5 stars for the staff! They are great! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the line moves so slowly! No matter what time of day, I sit for 20 minutes to get through it. I’m not sure if they need another machine to make more drinks and move people through faster or what because the staff outside taking orders is fast and efficient. It’s the window that takes forever to get through in the drive through. I think they probably don’t have enough machines inside and staff to double the drinks they can make at once. Other than that, the SF golden eagle is amazing and I love their big menu!

  The workers are very kind and the coffee is fantastic, but do not go here if you have any place to be afterwards. I got in line and ordered near the road. Luckily I had looked up the menu on the app because they took my order way before I ever pulled up near the menu board. The lady was very nice though and I texted my husband that I was just grabbing coffee up the road from the house and I would be home soon. That was at 2:07. At 2:48 I finally received my 2 medium hot white mochas. I considered just leaving when I hit the half hour mark, but I had paid when I ordered at the road. If you want to be a leisure coffee establishment that's fine, but that is for places that have a cafe, not for a place that's exclusively drive thru.

  The music coming from the speaker behind the woman taking my order was so loud we couldn't hear one another. Frustrating. They won't let you use your own cup. They filled it to the brim so when I attempted to pour it into my thermos hot coffee spilled all over, filling both cup holders in my car w a half inch of hot liquid. My fingertips were mildly scorched and sensitive for a couple hours afterward. Coffee was good. I was there at a slow time. Not worth the crazy line at peek hours. Block traffic and barely any parking for walk up window.

  I love this place. I dont love how they did their drive thru. They should have done two traditional lanes like brew 57. As a parent I also worry about the kids and working like this in the winter. Again they could have just two full lanes and an awning to cover both lanes. It would help the weather issues and it would help line efficiency. I wouldn't have time to sit here and think about how this could be better lol. The drinks and muffin tops are 🔥🔥🔥 though!

  We tried it this morning. Building is attractive. Definitely geared towards frozen and dessert drinks… not so much hot coffee on a Sunday morning. All in all, customer service was great with an attendant taking orders Chick-fil-a style. Line was long as can be expected with a new establishment. Wait was lengthy. Ordered a hot Americano. It was mediocre. A little watery… not the worst but not great either. As previously mentioned, the menu is geared towards frozen, dessert drinks. Will try again… just not geared towards hot drinks/ coffee.
