The employees, usually teens to early 20s, are personable, social, helpful and nice. Good vibes. The coffee is good but I haven't found my "usual" order yet.
- SSSpencer SmithSep 29, 20251.0Big fan of Dutch Bros. My wife’s birthday is today so we ordered on the app to use her free drink coupon. Ordered myself a coffee as well, my daughter a smoothie. Told the person I had a mobile with the name and she said “I got that in for you and if it’s ready I’ll bring it out.” I waited 25 min in line to get to the window to be told they didn’t have my mobile order. I said that the order taker told me you had it and the person at the window said she did not have the order. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I pulled off and parked to make sure we placed it at the right location. We did; the location cancelled our order and my wife’s free drink is gone. I get this is a new location but this was ridiculous. I would’ve been fine with the order taker telling me they didn’t have it, but she did and then I waited 25 min for nothing. Will not be back to Dutch Bros anytime soon.
- KBKelly BurrSep 27, 20252.0I love Dutch Bros, but this location has some kinks to work out. It took a half hour to get one coffee, and that’s with a mobile order drive thru pickup. If you switch to window pickup, you can’t get your car out because the drive thru line is so backed up. I don’t think I can come back for awhile until this location gets their process improved. This is true for weekday mornings and weekends.

You would think that using the mobile app would help speed up the process, but upon arriving to the window(after 20-30 minutes of waiting) somehow my order has been lost/given to the wrong person even after I verified my order with a worker running the drive thru prior. I’ve never seen a drive thru ran so poorly, maybe tips should be taken from other business models to increase overall efficiency. It wasn’t even crazy busy, just a regular rush with approximately 5 vehicles ahead.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?
Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, cupcake, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, red raspberry, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
