  I am a previous employee who left due to a full time job. I have messaged all managers at all 3 location under the owner Jessica. Silverton manager has caused the shop to become very cliquey. They definitely have favorites and even as I was being trained to be a shift lead I have purposefully been ignored now trying to get hired back part time. They are listed for hiring, are discussing how they’re hiring yet ignore all messages and the manager at woodburn I5 stand scolded and employee for telling me they were being after she specifically told me they aren’t responding because they aren’t. It’s a huge game, they go thru employees like crazy and then treat the ones who work hard, picked up shifts non stop, ask to become shift lead and then now being ghosted. I do not recommend working for these 3 locations unless you like drama and can become apart of the clique.

  One of my favorite spots for coffee! Staff is always friendly and serving drinks with a smile. 10/10 recommend!

  One of the employees here (we went yesterday 7/27/25) was yelling at his coworkers and yelling in general, which made us nervous to ask for needed corrections on the drinks or to talk to him at all. He was yelling at his shift lead while we were there and it made us very uncomfortable. The drinks were good, but one was missing a key component and the other was a little less than what we asked for, but overall still good.

  The atmosphere of the silverton dutch can perfectly be described as "radical" the workers are either really sweet and polite or super chill, just an overall good vibe, the wait time can be awhile if there are lots of people but the drinks are so worth it, ngl they taste way better than starbucks, def recommend trying there rebels, love dutch sm

  Silverton location. Cool spring day to sit outside and drink our coffee until an employee came out to clean mats from inside the drive through. Slapping them to turn them over, spreading dust all over us, then proceeds to pour a yellow liquid over them. I anticipated what was coming next bc she had connected a hose. Yes, she started spraying them down less than 2 feet from where we were sitting. I got her attention and asked her not to spray until we left. She looked at me and pursed her lips like I was her mother telling her she couldn't do something. She goes back into the building and brings out a pitcher of water, still splashing on us as we got up to leave b4 our drinks were even finished. Wont be visiting this particular spot again!
