- GTGeorgina Torres1 day ago3.0Every single time that I go grty drink everyone is very nice everything is on point very cordial etc etc, today I asked for a large Dutch h20 and I believe I order a large and a low a large golden eagle as well as a kid's size mago smoothie with bobba, well I get to the window and that girl there started off nice but when I asked if I ordered a med or large and was told med which I said ok it is what it is the she gives me the kids smoothie with bobba and 3 regular straws I asked of she could give me a small cup and a large straw for the bobba and she got mad I also asked her to take the kids cup cause I had no space for it anymore and she said "I can't take trash" same trash she gave me with her bare hands! So I said I have no space here I'll just leave at the window and she said idk do what you please. 🤔🤔 so I did I left it there and she the tossed the cup to the floor whith a nasty attitude, Ive never ever had experienced anything like this and I've been a customer since they opened! This won't stop me from going bk I just hope some talks to her.

I actually like the coffee from Dutch Bros but today I tried a different location on flamingo in las Vegas and I was disappointed

The Tropicana location has always been our go to, the last few months the experience is less than enjoyable. The turnover is crazy, the attitudes are unnecessary and the rushing through orders and consistently getting them wrong is honestly frustrating. How do you take an order repeat it back and still get it wrong. If someone asks for a drink and it can be made the way they are asking why argue because your new and don’t know. The newer Broistas are so rude it’s honestly uncalled for if you don’t want to work there then don’t. As a customer service manager , this location is seriously lacking . Aiden going to the eastern and pebble location is the best thing to happen for eastern and pebble but the worst for trop. I really hope something changes soon . Honestly disappointing to even right this but 4 days in a row of messed up orders was my breaking point .

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
