  Nice people work here but I’ve had it happen a few times where I order on the app, they don’t see the order and I show them on my phone.. prove that I did in fact order online for the right location and they make the drink very rushed.. I usually add things on the app, they never ask about that, I get sloppiness and an incorrect order.. I’m busy too, places to go but take some time to make sure it’s right..

  Dutch Bros is basically my hype button in a cup. The Watermelon Iced Rebel? Absolute sugarbomb perfection—like summer decided to high-five my taste buds and then hit me with a bass drop. It’s my guilty pleasure, my liquid motivation, my ‘oops I did it again’ daily habit. The crew is always high-energy, friendly, and somehow never judges me for showing up way too often. If loving this drink is wrong, I don’t wanna be right.

  Edited only to add context here, because for some reason the first time around, it never saved the text! My family of three plus our dog come here routinely. There have never been better staff at this location than there are today in August of 2025. We are always greeted warmly, and any drama going on with other customers is always diffused and handled quickly with professionalism. We're so grateful to see this location remaining here, as we've been avid customers of this specific location since 2023. I've never had a poor experience with any staff. The staff team has always been incredibly knowledgeable about what is in their drinks and what might help things taste good to you if you're trying something new. I've never seen an eyeroll or even a slight huff at the modifications or complexity of our orders. I'm autistic and I'm pretty particular about what I eat and drink, so that's saying something. I've never disliked a drink I got here. The staff seem to remember my dog is still learning how to hold his stomach contents in the car and do not ask us if we would like a pup cup for our dog, which I personally highly appreciate - it's hard to say no when you want to see your beloved companion perk up! I've long since drank my Fizz, but I'll throw a picture of my dog with some merch we got from this location on here for the crew's puppy tax ;) take care out there and please stay cool! (Side Note: Please make sure your staff that are working to take orders outside the kitchen are protected from the sun on high UV index days! We all love our coffees, but those coffees only happen when the staff are at their best, too!)
