We left before we can even order! We pulled around 12pm and the girl outside told us we had cut a black truck in line, the black truck was parked basically in another parking lot and there’s no way we could’ve known that they were before us, she was extremely rude about it and told my boyfriend to back out as a car was driving by and almost caused us to hit them. Then she told us they’re taking our order at the front, when she’s standing there with an Ipad and a long line. My boyfriend and I were so upset we didn’t even want anything anymore, having rude employees drives away your customers:(

On October 16, 2025, at approximately 8:20 am, I came to this DB's location. I walked up to the window, instead of using the drive thru. I patiently waited behind a customer who was having issues resetting the app on his phone. He had already placed his order, but couldn't navigate his app. The DB's staff member appeared to be annoyed with this customer.
As I was waiting, another customer arrived after me. When the customer with the app issue was done, the DB's employee told the customer who arrived after to me to come to the window and asked her if she was placing or picking up. She informed the employee that she was picking up.
After that customer was done, I was finally acknowledged. I informed the employee that I had actually been next in line. The employees response was, "She is picking up an order!" He never asked me if I placing or picking up an order. He was dismissive of me from the start.
I'm definitely hard to miss, since I was a wearing multicolor flannel shirt. That employee was the rudest that I have ever encountered at that location. If he doesn't like his job or interacting with customers, please find someone else who can provide exceptional customer service.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
