- D1Djeverything17 17Oct 15, 20251.0Went in late after a long day out, and all we wanted was 2 large ice waters. Dutch bros doesn’t charge, and it’s a huge cup with filtered water and ice! The lady seemed confused why it was free (we always tip cash) and then handed us 2 medium, paper cups? With no ice.. and normal Portland water.. even though it was free, I’m still disappointed honestly.. will NEVER go to this location again. And based on the experience, recommend getting your $9 coffee elsewhere!

When I rolled my window down in the drive through, the first thing she said to me was “what do you want” with an irritated look. I gave her my order and then asked to scan my app. She proceeds to give me an eye roll/irritated look, quickly scanned my app, and walked away without another word. This is my first (and possibly last) time at this location.. I know that workers will usually show a screen asking for tip after the transaction, but the girl taking my order didn’t even show me the screen.. Shows how much she did not want to interact with me. If you hate interacting with guests that much I suggest you get a job that’s not part of the customer service industry girly. There was a blonde girl with two braided pigtails who was really kind when she brought my drink out though! Would have loved to tip her but I did not have cash on me (and was not shown the tip screen).

The frustrating part is that there is no consistency in the way drinks are made, to the point where they don’t even look the same. I wish they trained them to take it seriously when making these drinks, spending 8+ dollars on a drink is a special treat for most people and when it’s good it can really make my day but when it’s bad, it’s such a disappointment. Most of the time when I ask for extra sweet, I can barely taste the flavor, like they made it half sweet. It’s hit or miss when getting an espresso drink, half the time it’s burnt and bitter. Is there a recipe that they follow or is everyone just doing what feels right to them?

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
