- JWJenna WrightOct 14, 20252.0I’m an avid Dutch fan and love all things Dutch Bros — but this location is consistently the worst for wait times. I’ve given them multiple chances to redeem themselves, and every time it’s the same story: painfully slow. After waiting over 30 minutes this morning for a single drink, I’m officially done. It’s a shame, because I truly love the brand, but this stand just can’t seem to get it together. I’ll be going to other locations from now on.

It was the perfect beverage, not too sweet, not too weak. Just perfect! It’s hard to get an oat-milk latte that tastes well balanced but they have mastered it! Will definitely be coming back soon.
- SMScotty MayhemOct 7, 20252.0I LOVE Dutch Bros. Not this one. The one on Murray and Platte has been my home store for years. I recently moved and this became my closest store. I have decided to just drive the 2 miles back to Platte. I'm consistently disappointed in my experience at the one on Academy. Like I know you guys are one of the newer locations, but it really seems like they skimped on training here. Almost every time I go through this line, I get skipped multiple times. On top of that, not only have I seen people leave the line, I've had to do it myself. Simply because the staff were taking SO long to make a drink. Hopefully a manager sees this and will put some energy and resources into this location. Disappointed yet again đź‘Ž
- LTLayla TreuSep 27, 20255.0Writing this review as just happened but the sweet girl in the overalls today training the sweet young lady in the beautiful glasses, amazing individuals and unfortunately, my brain is mush in the morning, so remembering a name is my biggest downfall, but they are so awesome. I believe that People existing in the world like that getting up and coming to work and still maintaining amazing. Customer service deserve the most in this life. - MPMatt PetersonSep 26, 20251.0I went through the drive thru today and ordered a blended drink. My cup had a crack in it and the coffee got all over my cup holder in my car and all over my shirt. When I went back to get a new coffee I was just handed a cup! I asked to speak to the manager and she did replace my coffee but no apology about my shirt which now has a stain on it. Where did customer service go?? If I was the manager I would have offered to upsize the coffee, I would have given them a free drink for next visit and would have definitely been really apologetic about the stain on the customer’s shirt!!.

What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?
Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, cupcake, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, red raspberry, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
