- KHKhang Huynh3 days ago5.0Better coffee than Starbucks but it will be on the sweet and creamy side so be aware. The line can be long but there are 2 lanes so it's not too bad. The Medium size is already huge.
- JJJohn3 days ago2.0This location could use some work. They are incredibly slow compared to all other locations. I order the golden eagle freeze everytime. It comes out of a machine like an ICEE machine so it's two steps to make. Fill the cup and add carmel. When there is nobody in line behind you at the walk up window the cashier should just make the simple drink after taking the order. I addition, despite the drink being pre-made in a machine, my last golden eagle freeze was very frothy and creamy in a bad way. It usually isn't like this. Lastly there should be someone directing the drive thru line. I bypass the drive thru line to park near the walk up window. One customer cut me off getting out of line right at the exit for the drive thru. He then blocked the way thinking he was going to get back in line when the car behind him had already pulled forward signaling he lost his spot. The customer refused to move despite the honking and I had to get out of my vehicle and approach his car to let him know he lost his spot in the drive thru line and is not only blocking thru traffic but the exit for the drive thru. I know this is a new location but the other two locations in OC have had it down since the beginning. The lines move fast at all other locations just like the habit and raising canes. This location is most convenient as it's across the street from my work. Please fix.

The drive thru structure is very unorganized, there should be no reason why a Dutch Bros shares a lot with so many different places knowing its attraction. When I was waiting in line, cars were honking at one car for no reason, more so this one truck. The car they were honking at ended up moving to the left side of the line and got stuck there due to the line. That same truck driver literally went over the curb to tell the driver stuff in such a vulgar tone. The car ended up leaving the drive thru and the truck parked, when the man who was in there got out, he walked into the employee door entrance….. Very Disturbing.

What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?
Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, cupcake, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, red raspberry, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
