- EMEric McElroy1 day ago5.0Download the app! I am a frequent customer at my local Dutch Bros, and the amount of people coming to the Dutch who don't use the app is clearly noticeable. App: 1. Dutch Bros has a great rewards system that earns you free drinks! You can customize the drink however you like and it's all free. 2. You earn collectible stickers on the app. I am slightly addicted to collecting them all 💜 3. You get notified when Dutch Bros is giving away free merchandise. 98% of the time you are getting some quality stickers. They will mix in coasters, pins, rubber duckies and other branded swag. 4. You get a free drink on your birthday. I recently experienced this on the app. I bought two drinks, one being 3x the price of the other, and the app automatically took off the more expensive drink when using the Birthday discount. Very cool and kind! I believe Dutch Bros is the future of coffee. The choices of drinks you can get off the app + the amount of customization they offer is exactly what is needed. Throw in a "secret menu" and your options are almost endless. I dig that the Dutch also has nice looking gear/clothes/hats on their shop. It feels more like joining a coffee club. There's a vibe to Dutch Bros. Not to mention the coffee tastes great and hits strong. I'm personally addicted to the blended freezes. I've also tried the rebel drinks and hot cocoas. Their rebel energy drink is very reminiscent in flavor to a Red Bull. I dig it more than I thought I would. I believe in Dutch Bros so much, I've bought stock in the company. I can't forget the customer service as well. In my experience, it's the best coffee shop customer service I've ever received. I go to the Dutch every week, 3 to 5 times a week, and I have yet to encounter a sour employee. Always excellent service. Quick service at that. - BGBethany GladishOct 11, 20252.0If you’re in any kind of hurry, I wouldn’t recommend this location. The quoted pickup times in the app appear to be inaccurate and not prioritized. I placed a mobile order at 7:30 with a listed pickup time of 7:35. I arrived to find only one car ahead of me and none behind, yet I didn’t receive my coffee until 7:45. The purpose of ordering ahead is to save time, but this experience was the opposite. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident — there seems to be a delay every time I visit this location. I’ve continued to stop here because it’s convenient, but at this point I’ll be choosing to drive a bit further to another store where orders are handled more efficiently.

I get the large strawberry horchata chai latte either iced or blended extra thick, extra sweet with 3-5 shots of white coffee, and strawberry soft top (comes with cinnamon sprinkled). The choriza wrap is delicious, as well. So glad they brought in food items. I go every week sometimes 3 times a week. Take my money!!

What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
