The blended lemonade (the only thing I get) is literally ice with a hint of lemonade. Like, cheap shaved ice and snow cones carts have more flavor, and I'm not being hyperbolic. The drinks are too expensive to just be a cup of lightly flavored ice. Idk about their other drinks but I would imagine they're just as cost-cuttingly bland. Also, while the employees are so nice and should absolutely be appreciated for what they do... They need to remember they're at work. Have fun at work, by all means! Be silly, make friends with coworkers and customers, keep yourself happy. I don't believe in expecting employees to be robots. But. When the line is long is not the time to spend 10 minutes socializing with the driver of one car while ignoring the building line. I can't express enough how much I dont want this to come across as wanting employees to be any less themselves. I just believe priorities need a little shifting and balancing. Again: all employees are so nice and very pleasant to interact with, and should be appreciated regardless! PS, if youre a blended lemonade lover like myself, do yourself a favor and go to the Ripon location. Your taste buds will thank you!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch FreezeĀ® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we canāt wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
Weāve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means weāre stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. Youāll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
