  The slowest Dutch bros I’ve ever been too. Yesterday we waited in the drive through line 20 minutes do we can we served by the make equivalent of Wednesday Addams and today we chose to walk up at 10 am to avoid that as we have to be somewhere at 1030. It’s 10:22 and we are STILL WAITING

  DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH!! It took almost 40 minutes with a short line in front of us. We had no idea where they were supposed to take our order because no one was out there. Finally a girl came out and took a couple random orders and went back in. I guess the others just had to order at the window. Then they made us the wrong size drinks. My kids wanted chocolate milkshakes and they were the runniest ones I’ve ever seen and didn’t taste good. My coffee was good but not worth the trouble. I doubt I’ll ever go to any other Dutch bros again after this experience. I’ve never seen such a mismanaged fast food/ coffee shop. I never would’ve gotten in that line if I had known I’d be wasting part of my day there

  Been going to Dutch Bros in Tennessee for a while now, this one more though, and I've noticed that there isn't many staff there no matter what, but I constantly hear them and see them having fun making the drinks! I've seen a lot of them take my order, both walk-up and drive-thru, and so so many are sweet! Still have yet to meet a disrespectful one! Been putting this review off for a while, because I don't have much free time. I've seen several other customers snap at the staff, and they shouldn't be treated like that, especially if they're trying their best, which I know they always are trying, because I swear they are so speedy!!!!!! Although this Dutch Bros is one of the longest lines, and don't have the food like Chorizo Wrap yet, I love the muffin tops (all three too), love the service, and they are just cherry on top of vacations, and any day, bad or not! People who say, Seven Brew is faster, they may be right, but its for a reason that a lot of stores don't have. Space. I've seen Seven Brew so big its basically three, if not five, times the size of Dutch Bros, and they get people out faster because not only does seven brew have four things to make shots per spot, but they also have more people making drinks, when there's only one to three (possibly four idk) here. Staff at this spot, if you're reading this, you are loved whether you're off right now, or just on the clock reading this. Y'all make my day when I chat with yall. I also notice the staff zigzagging when they do drive orders. There's a reason why they have a sign saying, "Choose the shortest line." at the start! I feel like if they have to direct people where to go, thats on the people that chose the longer line, because if someone gets their order and they were there after, thats not the staff's fault! People getting mad is something I don't like, because I see a lot rude to them, when they're so nice to them. Like if they have a bad day, they shouldn't take it out on them! Makes them lose their happiness, and I love seeing them happy. Especially when I saw them dressing as one person with a beard a while ago! I never could stop laughing and smiling. Whoever they were dressing up as, you definitely meant something to them!!! Wish I worked there man. The vibes go crazy no matter what. Always have a clean area, and I love me a clean area when they make my drink! Drinks vary. Costs between $3 to $8 without customizing. Love tipping, because they go straight to the people who work there, and not just the whole company. Makes me want to tip more!!!!

  This is always my go to Dutch, o hate going to any other location. I have a few favorite baristas but the past few times I have went I have had Bennett. Today, I went outside of my normal time to go because it had been a really really bad day and I needed a pick me up. I placed an order ahead and when I got there the wait was still gonna be 30-35 min. I was unfortunately not able to wait that long so I asked the girl if there was any way to cancel it and get a refund and said I know they couldn’t help it I just couldn’t wait. She said she didn’t have a way to do this. Bennett overheard and kindly offered to go ahead and make my drink so that I could get it. He’s been so kind and makes delicious drinks! Y’all go stop in at the best Dutch ever!

  Not worth the wait! Drive through: 2 lines that merge into 1. Angry customers behind us wanted out, with no way to exit. Lucky we weren’t in a hurry. There were 14 people in front of us, with an average of 2-4 drinks per car, this was about 5 mins per car. 1 hour and 15 mins just to order our drinks. Preorder from the app and walk up maybe worth it. We saw one car get 12 drinks with no wait. Drinks: 5 mins once we ordered. They did mix my drink up with someone else’s, but they made mine new. Thank you. Very delicious drinks! About $7.50 per drink. Pup cup: had 2 treats. And a mound of whip cream! 🐾 Staff: looked like they were having a blast, and very busy. Very kind! Thank you for your service, but we won’t come back.
