  maybe 1 star was too harsh but hear me out, ordered thru the app at 5:48pm for drive thru pick up, cant be that bad right only 7 or 8 car in front, lady is taking orders one from each side, I was supposed to be next and she takes 2 from the left, silly but felt wrong and on purpose since she straight up look me in the eye and skip me and I was there before other car, too. I know silly. after 40 mins or so I finally get to the window (yes 40 mins or so) and cutting the lady off that was after me, sorry lady. my order is NOT ready. im off dutch for a minute, just felt like a targered attack that I wasnt expecting from dutch bros.

  If I could give zero stars to this place I would. Oct. 12, 2025: I sent my husband to get coffee and he waited more than 45 mins, waited in line and order and the worst part the order was wrong! He doesn’t mind waiting that long if the drinks were made right. We then came back to get the coffee remade and the girl that was taking orders in the walk up counter didn’t even acknowledge me. Not sure what happened to this location, they used to be more efficient and would make drinks right (for the most part). Wouldn’t be coming back to this location ever!

  There’s coffee grounds in my iced coffee everytime I go here and they give you the tiniest drop of caramel when you pay extra for it. I was a regular here for about a year and my pickup order takes 10-20+ minutes after the estimated pickup time depending on how busy it is so I rarely go here anymore. I made the mistake of going to this location again since it’s closer and ended up waiting double the time it would’ve taken at the Sahara location. I wouldn’t mind the insane wait time as much if they actually made the coffee correctly.

  This is by far one of my favorite locations because the staff’s very upbeat, enthusiastic and they’re always offering exceptional customer service. Instead of going through the drive-thru, my husband and I decided to order our drinks through the walk-up window. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted and the staff took down our order the moment we were ready. We knew there would be a wait, since the drive-thru was packed once we got here. It wasn't too long, maybe 10-15 minutes and there’s a table in the front for casual lounging. Today I ordered my go-to drink which is the iced Golden Eagle. I really love the fact that I can customize it with oat milk and add whipped cream as a freebie. The Golden Eagle, in my opinion, has the best flavor and is consistently good. My husband decided to try something different today, so he ordered their Double Rainbro Rebel. His drink was refreshingly sweet and offered an all day jolt of energy. For the most part, this is an all-around solid coffee shop that offers decently priced drinks and a few delectable sweet treats.
