I have not met a single person here that does not go above and beyond with how they care about each individual person that comes to their drive-through. They are so friendly so willing to have a conversation with you and seem to genuinely care about how your day is going. They are so full of fun and love and joy that even if the coffee was horrible, I would still come through the drive-through just to have the experience with every employee here. It definitely doesn’t hurt that. It is probably some of the best coffee that I’ve ever had so that’s not an issue that I’ve ever dealt with, but that says a lot about the company. I truly believe that Dutch Brothers in Paducah is life-changing. I know that sounds silly, but I absolutely believe that with my whole heart. Amazing company amazing people. amazing coffee

Not only was the strawberry smoothie so good, the service was amazing!!! Not just one of the ladies, but everyone working in there. They were so sweet to me and my dachshund, Tootie Mae. We will definitely be back!!!

Placed order online for pick up at the window, when I walked up to the window it was about a minute before I was greeted even though there were employees by the window and I made eye contact with several of them. Lol they said they were still working on my coffee, lil wait no big deal. Eventually had to ask if it was ready. The coffee itself was not good. I got a white chocolate latte with oatmilk (my usual everywhere else) and this drink here had a weird aftertaste. Probably still working out the kinks, I would probably go back after some time has passed.

One million times better than Starbucks with prices, friendliness and EVERYTHING!!! Guys Dutch Bros is the best. I have so many things I could say about this place. The girl I interacted with was SUPER DUPER sweet. Didn't catch her name but she had short blond hair. I will 10000% be getting my coffee and sweet drinks from Dutch Bros instead of Starbucks from now on! YALL HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁😁😁😁

What sugar-free flavors do you offer?
Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?
Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, cupcake, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, red raspberry, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
