- GGGarrett2 days ago2.0Good drinks, close to home. We’ll have to start going someplace else however. The lines take ridiculously long with about 15-30 minute wait every time we’ve gone. We spend all the time waiting and they’re making drinks ahead as our drinks were melted and had condensation all over the cups. The staff are nice and friendly, but the wait just isn’t worth it. Along with the obsessively loud music you can hear with your windows up and it’s very overwhelming. We hope to come back when the baristas are more experienced and are faster at the job, otherwise we’ll be going elsewhere.
- JJJose2 days ago5.0Dutch Bros has quickly become my favorite coffee stop. The number of drink choices is incredible — and I love that every drink can be made either caffeinated or decaf. That’s a game-changer for those of us who can't have caffeine. Even though the line was busy, it moved fast, and the team kept the energy upbeat and friendly the whole time. The prices were refreshingly reasonable compared to other drive-thru coffee spots, which makes enjoying a custom drink even sweeter. And the best part? They didn’t forget about my dog! The pup cup was a hit — my car-shy dog might actually be a Dutch Bros fan now. Great drinks, great prices, great people — Dutch Bros nails it on every front.
- TWtheresa Wilson3 days ago1.0So this is my 3rd go for this coffee shop.. 1st time was great aside from feeling awful for the employee outside taking my order in the rain. I ordered a grasshopper all 3 times. Its been a 1/3 win.. the other trips I waited in line for over 20min to receive what tastes like burnt espresso in my cup. Its the only thing you can taste.. needless to say that is 2 large drinks I have now thrown away. Disappointing for sure! I was ao excited for something other than Starbucks to have a afternoon pick me up.. but even I can not justify going again after 2 in a row.. hopefully others have a better experience :(
- LSLuis Santos5 days ago1.0This isn't a coffee place... This is a milkshake, flavorings, chocolate milk stand. I've been twice and no more. I think I ran a half a tank of gas out between ordering and picking up. It's sad to see a line out into Dixie everyday, and realize how many people don't know good coffee, and want chocolate milk, or protein shakes :( The township is going have to do something about the line going out into dixie BTW.... Also, I noticed today they have a pickup window, and it had about 10 kids in line. Once again, further proof this isn't a legit coffee place, maybe it was the sprinkles topping that attracted them. Also, the online menu and drive up board do not correlate at all.
- SGSkye Grabill6 days ago1.0I like their coffee but this morning my order was placed at 8:05 AM. Pickup time 8:17 I didn't leave dutch bros until 8:51. I stood outside in line in 45° weather amongst a lot of other people but them filling 10 people's orders that were after me or placed on the spot is wrong especially when i ordered ahead and had a pickup time. They really need to change that! I said something multiple times and she said, oh, I'm sorry. They're getting it. Reminded them i was there and went on making other people's drinks. Not just going and making my 3 drinks herself. I could have went through the drive through multiple times over.I also could have ordered it in person right then and there and got it before someone who ordered online too.I watched that happen to multiple people in my 30mins of standing there. Absolutely ridiculous! And just a im sorry about the wait.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
