- MMMakayla3 days ago2.0I ordered ahead and scheduled my drink for 145 and it’s 156 and I’m just now leaving. Need to really focus on how ordering a head goes and making correct drinks without attitude :)

We asked if they knew how to make macchiatos (an upside down latte, super simple) and said “no we aren’t Starbucks”… this is a known drink in all the coffee world and the snarky comments were just unexpected and unnecessary. My husband and I love Dutch bros but this has been the rudest location we have ever been to. Took 20 minutes to take our order, they got it wrong on both our drinks. Would avoid this specific location!
- TSTasha StacyOct 4, 20251.0Coffee AMAZING. flavor PHENOMENONAL. My review is 100% employee based. This location has 3 lanes. Every customer got in the middle lane and blocked us. We sat for 14 minutes before I complained to the window how the middle lane is BLOCKING others. When they sent out their order person he WALKED DOWN THE MIDDLE LANE...... I will continue to use dutch bros but I will not visit here when it's busy 😒

People who were not there before you get their order taken first and then cut you off in line. I almost always order online because of this. Today I decided to go through the drive through and sure enough.. put me waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through. Order ahead and just get out of your vehicle to save you a headache.

Not only can I get a delish zero sugar protein coffee with great sugar free flavors, every single worker there has been overly awesome. I have been chatted up by the people that work the insane lines (lots of customers are very rude to them…I know because we chat while they are checking my order) as well as having the drive through workers make a drink for me for free that I accidentally ordered at another location, and today I have my new rescue pup in the car and they gave me a pup cup!!! So cute!!! I usually make my own coffee my way every morning and I always hated the days I had to make a run through Starbucks because I was ALWAYS disappointed and felt like I wasted way too much money on a crappy coffee. I don’t even have to be desperate to go to DB…I love the coffee, the options, and the service. Thank y’all for rocking!!!🤩💯🎉

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?
Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, cupcake, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, red raspberry, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Our shops don’t have phones—we'd rather speak with you face-to-face at the window!
Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
