This was the third time I've bought a large nitro coldbrew and received a cup stuffed with ice and 3/4 full of nitro.

The customer service was awesome. Karlie and Omari assisted me. Both friendly and welcoming. I got the Dessert Eagle sugar free it was okay. I’ll be back to checkout the rest of the menu soon 😊

We had a very disappointing experience at the 523 W 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL 32534 location. We have ordered both through mobile and walk-in at this store before, but today we chose to walk in since the drive-thru line was long and we assumed it would be quicker. Unfortunately, it took nearly 40 minutes to receive just 3 drinks. During this time, we noticed that several customers who ordered after us were served before us. Other guests were also visibly frustrated, with some going to the counter or drive-thru window to ask about their delayed orders.
When we finally went to the counter to request a refund, the staff told us they would make the drinks right away instead. At that point, we had already been waiting far too long and were late for our kids’ cheer and football games. To make matters worse, when the drinks did come out, one of them was made incorrectly.
The main issue seems to be that walk-in orders are not being prioritized at all. While we waited, we observed staff consistently preparing mobile and drive-thru orders while walk-in customers were overlooked. At one point, the staff had to scroll through almost 20 pending orders before even locating ours.
If walk-in service is intended to be the lowest priority, there should be a clear notice so customers can make an informed choice. This would save families like ours from long waits and unnecessary frustration.
I hope this feedback helps improve management and operations at this location so that all customers whether walk-in, mobile, or drive-thru are treated fairly and efficiently.

Quite literally the best coffee ever! Normally I'm not a big coffee drinker but this place is so good!! Their coffe actually tastes like coffee and their sizes are actually what they are. A large is an actual large rather than a small pretending to be a large. I definitely recommend their seasonal drinks if you don't know what to get. If you feel like you want something sweeter, get your coffees blended. Not only does it make your coffee sweeter but it gives it a nice smooth taste!

How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
