- MCmio cloro1 day ago5.0I love Dutch Bros, as someone who was a regular at 7Brew and Coffee Crossing this is by far the best coffee in the area. I’ve never had a bad experience with service or my order. The employees are so sweet, I can tell most of them are new to making coffee but tasting the drinks I wouldn’t be able to tell. Just what I needed in this area a good consist coffee shop!
- MAMeta Area4 days ago2.0I love this franchise, but this is the worst Dutch bros I've ever been to. The service is 90% of the time just bad with employees straight up trying to gaslighting me into believing that the wrong drink they gave me was what I ordered when it wasn't at all. We had to threaten multiple times for the manager when they refused to remake it. Until they get their stuff together, I'd just go to the 7 brew, which feels more like Dutch bros at this point than this Dutch bros.
- JHJohn HaganOct 12, 20251.0First things first. The name has the word "coffee" in it however they don't have coffee. I thought I would give Dutch Bros a try since they were new to the area. I pulled in and the person with the tablet took my order. I asked for a hot black coffee. She put the order in, and then when I pulled up to get my coffee, I was offered an Americano. I let her know I ordered plain black coffee, at which time I was told they don't have regular coffee. I ask how she could make Americano without coffee. Just make it without milk and guess what? You have coffee. I was told they can't make coffee only coffee drinks. Needless to say I went across the street to 7 brew and got a coffee.

They apologized for the delay but it really wasn’t that long of a wait & it looks like I could’ve used the app to order ahead if I wanted. The pumpkin brûlée with a soft top was very good & I told the barista what type of coffee my husband likes because we are new to Dutch bros & she came up with something! Will remember to stop here again on our travels!
- JMJessica MohamedSep 25, 20251.0i’m not even tryna be rude or nothing i go to starbucks once in a while only for a chai tea ive been to dutch bros twice since it open and try to order a chai tea from there both times they didn’t give me what i asked for the first time it was so watered down and no carmel like i asked the second time i decided i will give it another try since it’s on my way to school & awfulll they gave me coffee!!!?? when are chai tea and coffee the same thing ? and it was strong too im mad literally cus i also tipped . mind you they read the order back to me before handing it to me & what they are handing me isn’t what i asked for . i will not be returning im highly disappointed i also tried to call & it made me go thru loopholes so i hung up 🙄.

We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
