- SSSamantha Shahbozian3 days ago1.0Im really disappointed by this dutch bros location. I've been here a couple times and they always seem to have issues. All I ordered was a " Large Pumpkin Brulee". By the time I got to the front, I was faced with an ICED coffee. I apologized and told them I wanted a hot one, and the lady turned around and caused a scene to the other workers making it seem like it was a bigger deal than it actually was. The lady who took my order refused to admit she forgot to ask if it was hot or iced and just assumed i wanted an iced coffee. At this point I don't really care, as long as I get my drink, i'm happy. As im waiting for my order, im met with a third girl who hands me my coffee and apologizes for the mishap. First, I noticed it was a medium, not a large. Not the end of the world, I just accept it by this point, and left. When I take a sip of my coffee, I noticed it wasn't even my drink! It was a unsweetened latte. At this point i'm pissed. I was just going to take the loss, but I experienced one of the women in that stand was speaking unprofessionally about their customers, and making fun of their order calling it gross and laughing with the other coworkers saying they're going to lie to the customer and tell them it sounds good. That is not how an employee should talk to each other in front of customers. I'm just going to assume this location is poorly managed, and go somewhere else for my coffee. Because messing up someone's order is no big deal, but talking shit about your customers and being unprofessional is.

- JSJacob ShoopOct 4, 20252.0The wait is usually pretty long, the online wait estimate is completely unreliable, the hot coffee is subpar, the cold drinks are ok, good selection of SF flavors, parking is always bad because of the gym next door and the poor walkability of the area. Would rather go to Grand or Starbucks.
- ACAnna ClineSep 19, 20252.0I have gone to this place multiple times hoping it'll be different, but every time the wait is consistently around a half hour even if I'm the only person in line. Today I ordered ahead at 7:40 for a pickup time at 8:00, arrived at 8:02 and didn't get my drink until 8:15. The staff is always nice and friendly so I felt bad and never left a review, but this time my drink was GROSS. I ordered the same soda I always do and instead of it tasting fruity it was straight bitter seltzer. Money straight onto the trash as I didn't want to spend another 30 mins complaining and waiting for it to be remade. Never coming here again and uninstalling the app to remind me. I am so furious that Caribou Coffee closed.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
