  The lines are a little long, but they have two lines that funnel into one. A better pull-up system with two lines would speed up service, but the workers are very nice and pleasant!!

  First time trying Dutch bros today! I have to say the service was amazing. They helped me choose a coffee drink cause I was unsure of what to try. Also tried their teas and they are delicious. 🤤 definitely worth a try now that people aren’t lining up for hours. Will definitely be back ! Wish we had more locations!

  They really need to open more of these. Their coffees are so good. The line is always a little long but the staff is well trained and can grt you through quickly. Im not sure what makes thier beverages so good. I used to think it was their dairy but I've tried a mango smoothie and a couple of different mixed lemonade drinks now and their all fantastic. The Ghost Cherry Chai is one of the only chair drinks I've tried and liked. All around great experiences here.

  Ordered my pickup coffee for the office at 12:55 Showed up at 1:25 to get my coffees. 3 standard coffee. The girl with the grey shirt making drinks completely ignored me. No “just a minute” or “I’ll be right with you” she just pretended I wasn’t there.after six minutes I poked my head in the window and told a gentlemen I was here to pick up. He said” I’ll be there in a minute. “ 5 more minutes of standing until I asked again. His response was that it was not ready. I informed him that I place an order 40 minutes ago and he said “there’s only three of us here” I don’t see how any of that is my problem. I wasted my whole break to pick up coffee. Once I received my coffee at 1:45 he said sorry for the wait. If you’re looking for coffee to grab quickly via the mobile app, don’t come here. If you’re looking for coffee for the office on your break, don’t come here. If you want speedy service at all and to be able to pick your Togo order up quickly, wait an hour then try.

  After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line, and nearing the front, we were told by a worker to go to the walk up window, as there was no line and we would be served “so much quicker”. Taking her word, we went to the walk up window and were faced with a long line of both mobile orders and regular patrons. We ordered after a 5 minute wait, no big deal, however then proceeded to wait 45+ minutes for our 2 drinks. We kept an eye on the drive thru line and saw the car that was in front of us left shortly after we placed our order. We drove 40 minutes to come here in the first place, so to say we were dissapointed is an understatement. The walk up window is not efficient and needs to be set up differently. Call me, i have some ideas.
