- JJJessicaChurchtoday3.0Our previous town up in Oregon had 5 Dutch bros within city limits, so I was excited that there was one coming near us! We still enjoy this location, however have found that it can easily take 25-30 minutes of sitting in line to get your order. I typically do this when my kids are napping, however it would not be feasible if I was on my way to work etc. Still a Dutch fan and still will come here when I’m nap trapped in the car 🥳🥳
- JHJustin Harrison6 days ago5.0AMAZING!!! Reminds me of Starbucks back in the early 2000s when they actually gave a crap! Quality drinks, with Amazing flavor!!! Coffee taste fresh smooth and bold! Teas, lemonade are perfectly sweet and refreshing. Lots off good flavors and options. Yes they get busy (so I come when they are not!) Expect a line for a reason and yeah if super long line can be up to 45 min. Almost worth the wait BUT Ii hate lines and hate waiting. THE only really dumb thing is they have no shade if your waiting to order or get your drink. Yes you have teens making your drink, so make sure you get checked in and not waiting for already made drinks. That's why I try to go when not busy.

They do mobile order but then it still isn’t ready when you show up for the time you selected. They still check in the wrong order and you wait longer than 20min. They need better communication with the staff. One girl put my order on the counter and it wasn’t acknowledged until I asked if it was ready again.

Terrible spot unless you really don't have anything to do but wait for a mid drink. The person taking my order didn't help out at all and wasn't friendly in the slightest. Never going to another Dutch Bros again.
- WCWill ChenOct 12, 20251.0I judge a coffee shop by their regular coffee and Americano so you can taste the quality of their beans and extraction technique. This place was not good. Tasted like watered down instant coffee. Anyone can hide bad coffee with "specialty" drinks that use a ton of syrups and caramel drizzle. To make it worse, it was like 9am and their speakers were on FULL BLAST playing Latin Hop Hop. Bro I love Pitbull, just not on a Saturday morning at 9am on full volume. Hard pass on this place.

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?
Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, cupcake, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, red raspberry, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
