Every order I place here is efficient and accurate, the staff loves to make your day and they all love to explain the drinks and the process to ensure you're educated on getting the right drink. So glad a Dutch opened up so close to us, but way more happy that it's staffed by amazing people, because that really makes all the difference.

Both times Iāve had to wait in the line for 25 mins. That is way too long to wait for coffee and honestly unacceptable. The last time, by the time I got it, I didnāt even want it anymore. I was so annoyed. The first time it happened I didnāt think much of it, things happen (maybe someone called out). But twice in a row in a two week span? I have never once had to spend more than 10 mins in a Starbucks line, and Iāve done that hundreds of times. People need to go to work, if you canāt get people in and out within 10 mins for coffee, youāre failing. The staff is nice, the drinks are good. This is an ownership issue, because they are working their butts off in that heat. The Dutch Bros up the street seems to be more efficient and there is shade for their employees taking orders. Iāll be going to that location from now on. 25 min wait for an iced latte is going to make customers go elsewhere.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch FreezeĀ® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we canāt wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
Weāve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means weāre stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. Youāll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
