- RCRoss Colburntoday5.0Everything about this location is 10/10. The baristas are always super nice and polite, super friendly and will call you by name. Unfortunately I don’t know any of there names but I wish all of them got minimum 25% raises. They work their butts off every day and should be recognized for all of their hard work and dedication to making sure their customers feel good coming here.
- KBKaren Broom2 days ago5.0They are fantastic! Always accommodating, even when busy. Remember to tip, these kids work hard. We never wait long, even when they are busy. Sometimes, if you order ahead, they'll run and get your drink and you can turn out of the line.

I had gotten into the habit of treating myself with a matcha a few times a week while I’m out and about working this year. It’s mostly been enjoyable to stop in here and get this treat except when it’s not enjoyable it’s a major issue. I always order my drinks with almond milk and often times make sure when I pick it up that’s what it was made with unless the person handing it off specifically says it’s an almond milk matcha. Twice now I have gotten regular milk. Both times I unfortunately questioned my taste buds and thought I was being paranoid at first…after a few sips both times I could already feel havoc wreaking in my stomach and thankfully threw out the drink. This truly messes my stomach up for at least 24hrs-I almost shit my pants within minutes of drinking milk. I have horrible stomach cramps the rest of the day. The matcha there being tasty and staff being pleasant isn’t worth the risk anymore for me. If you have a dairy intolerance I highly suggest staying away.

At first they were good and I liked their drinks, but this is the second time my cup was not filled for two days in a row. Going to be taking the longer drive to Ziggis again where I can get a danish with my drink.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
