New staff is clueless and customer service has gone way downhill. We’ve been coming to this location since it opened, typically 3+ times a week. The last few months have been awful but today was such a negative experience I won’t be coming back. I always mobile order ahead of time. Usually there’s still a bit of a wait but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere makes up for it. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:55. There were maybe 5 or 6 cars ahead of me - all of which had already ordered with the exception of 1. I told the girl taking orders I had a mobile order and she was super sweet. Fast forward half an hour I finally pull up to the window and am met with blank stares from 2 girls. No greeting, no “what’s your name/what was your order.” Just staring me dead in the eye in silence. Finally a third girl from behind them shouts “ask for her name” while she continues to just stare at the screen and then back at me. Girl in the back shouts again “ASK IF ITS FOR ____” instead of just asking for my name herself as if I’m not 3 feet away from her. Finally the girl at the window picks up a drink and starts telling the other 2 girls that something says not paid (I mobile ordered and paid ahead of time) as she blankly stares and holds out my drink. Finally I just said “is that for ____?” And she says “yeah” (the only thing she said to me the entire time) doesn’t say have a nice day or anything, just keeps looking at the screen and talking about something unpaid to the other girls. Finally I bluntly asked “am I good or do I need to pay for something?!” As these THREE girls are completely ignoring me to my face and she starts rambling about how it was for another order and they got mixed up. No apology, no pleasantries and nothing. I don’t know if it’s poor training or just lack of social skills because they’re so young but everyone today sucked minus the girl taking orders in the line. Also - what is the point of mobile ordering when you just make people wait in the same car or window line just to tell you they’ve arrived? Last week my husband waited so long to get our drinks that all of the ice in his was completely melted.

This place is stupid busy. Why is the pickup window the same as the order window?!?!?! Ive been standing in line for several min with 6 people in front of me. They were all there to pick up orders. All orders not ready yet?!?! I could have ordered 10 min ago. Or have a screen with names posted of drinks that are ready. It needs a better system. Im stay across the street at a hotel. But if I lived her I wouldn't be back. Not organized what so ever

The coffee and food are AMAZING!! Kelly was extremely helpful since I’m a little resistant to try new flavors!! She prepare a delicious combination for me!! LOVED IT!! The food was also really good! 5 ⭐️ for sure!!

Alaina at the Elm Pike location was amazing! Sweet and knowledgable! I let her know I was from out of town and this was my first time trying and I wasn't Sure what to order, she shared some recommendations and my drink was a 10/10 thank you to her and the crew all the ladies were sweet and hard working!

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
