Who ever runs this location just needs to be better!
1). They close early about 30mn - 1hr every other night. Super inconvenience for those of us who get off a little later.
2). The workers purposely ignore they're own rules for lines in drive-thru. We were literally told to go out of order then got skipped because instead of using both lanes like usually they purposely helped everyone in the 1st lanes then grab everyone in the 2nd lane. They have no employee outside mitigating the lane so new customers can go to the now shortened 1st lane and jump ahead of us, those ordered already. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE and order of conduct.

Pulled up to the walk up window because there were about 15 cars in the drive through. I usually drive a little further to the other 120th location or the sheridan location in avoidance of this shop due to how long I have waited in the past. The few other times I have gone to this location, there won’t be more than 3-5 cars infront of me and I wait 20+ minutes WITH cars infront of me deciding to leave due to the wait. Today was not much different, if anything unfortunately worse. My friend and I walked up to the window and an employee at the side bar said “are you placing or picking up” “placing” *looks at another employee* “they want to place an order*. Already odd, the other employee walks to the window and without even looking at us, says what do you want. We said two iced rebels. she had to clarify that they were iced and never read back the order. She didn’t offer us a tip screen, even though at this point we weren’t even going to tip. 10 minutes later comes out our drinks to “here’s those two rebels” no offer of straws and in the midst of trying to ask for those, one of the rebels was blended. We told the employee both of the rebels is supposed to be iced, she took the rebel, dumped it out, and after she got the new rebel on tap, she proceeded to not give a full scoop of raspberry because the bottle was low (probably didn’t want to open another one). Handed the drink back, and again didn’t say anything or offer straws. We ask for straws and she tossed them onto the window for us and walked away. This was hands down the worst experience at not only this dutch, but any I have ever been to. Zero friendliness, zero sense of urgency, efficiency, or proper fulfilling of orders. Not even a welcome or hi. Very unfortunate for this experience as well, as the friend I was with is a long term dutch worker out of state, and this shop definitely taints the level of professionalism compared to her shop. Not only this, but it makes these behaviors more evident and obvious. With rebel on tap of all things, no one should be waiting this long for a rebel to begin with.

the drinks at this location suck ever since they opened i have not had a good drink they never taste accurate always missing flavor and they either go so light on the ice or give you 90% ice and 10% drink.

I LOVE Dutch bros. It got me through college. And I mean.. it could be the time of the day since I usually get my coffee at 6AM but I’ve never really received a friendly welcome like at my past experiences with Dutch bros and honestly starts my day off on a wrong foot sometimes.. but damn do they make good coffee. I really hope attitudes don’t come stop me from coming here. 😣

No one in drive thru wating over 5 min for a coffee is horrible I wait 2 mins even in the line of cars maybe less talking and more coffee making or find a job where you talk

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
