  This review is a week overdue. I had placed a pickup through the drive-thru window for 11:37 am and when I had gotten there, there was maybe 4-5 cars ahead of me. A few more in a longer line than the other. I would’ve gotten down eventually but I had my kiddo in the backseat, who didn’t have shoes on and a car had already gotten behind me. A few minutes later the line still hadn’t moved and the line that was once shorter was now equal to my line. It was about 12:00 pm and the line still hadn’t moved. Nobody was outside, I figured they must be really short handed or training someone because it seemed that there was nobody. I remember the time because my wife’s lunch was ready at 12 at Jimmy John’s and I knew I was going to be late. I saw that there was a shift change right around the same time and it was a girl with blonde hair and thick figure, who has been working there for awhile because I see her often. Dutch is my go to! I know one of their names but not trying to be so direct. Anyway her, a guy with a slim figure and somewhat tall, dark hair as well as another girl short with dark hair. They were leaving all giddy, as if they were making a break for it and whoever came in after them went outside with their tablets and started taking orders and the line started moving around 12:10 pm. I think majority of people had an online order because the workers seemed to moving on to each car with hardly any conversation. They did really good but you could tell that’s not a way someone wants to start their shift. They already had a slight look of anxiousness and frustrated because that is what got passed down to them. I don’t feel that the people working before the shift change set them up good, I don’t even think they took any consideration for their co-workers. I am a patient person and I can wait for my coffee, it is more about how I felt these three handled this situation especially with one of them who has been here for awhile, she was not a team player that day and it was disappointing to see. There are many people I that I chat with when I go and I appreciate all their work so it’s sad to others not being apart of that system. Just with the two individuals going out and whoever started making the drinks the line started moving and I got my one drink by 12:27pm. Appreciate them for all their hard work just in that 30 min shift alone. Disappointed in the workers before shift change, do better and be a team player! This was last week on Saturday.

  Dutch bros is my favorite coffee place. Their sugar free, hopscotch mocha with protein iced is my FAVORITE! The employees are always upbeat, genuinely kind and ready to make sure my order is exactly as I love it. I can't recommend it enough. I wish I had tried it sooner. My husband loves to get the Americano and add all of his personal customizations. We love it.

  Visited twice this week, the drinks were pretty good the first visit but service was unacceptable. I asked about the H2O drinks they have and the worker answered as if it was a dumb question, which was unhelpful being that we aren’t even able to see the full menu before being rushed to order. When I got to the window the gentleman there didn’t say one word to me and didn’t even acknowledge me, just kept talking to his co workers , handed me my drinks and I had to ask for a straw. No hellos no thank you, made me definitely not want to visit this location again. I don’t need or want a full conversation like this establishment is known for, but definitely expected a shred of customer service. My second visit to the establishment was better service but the H2O drinks were lacking the coconut milk I paid extra for, that’s my only feedback they were still good drinks , but guess I need to ask for extra next time?
