I was about to leave, because we couldn’t go in. she sold me and my husband tea and coffee and pastries. I got my earl gray and was happy. The atmosphere isn’t great because it’s on a busy street and there is no inside seating. this was my first time being in a dutch bros.
- CDchance downsOct 8, 20255.0I've been going to this dutch bros pretty religiously since it opened and I'm surprised at some of the poor reviews on here because I've never had a horrible experience. My drink is made perfectly everytime. The wait times vary depending on what's going on that day so that's to be expected. These people are humans, not perfectly calibrated robots. Everyone there maintains a good attitude. Even on the days I can tell the stress levels are high, I've never felt like I was being treated poorly because of it. I read one bad review going on about "the customer is always right" so therefore she shouldn't be argued with. The actual saying is something like "the customer is always right in matters of taste". As in people who work in customer service don't have to take abuse. The crew working here is awesome and their efforts to do better everyday shows in my opinion.

- RMRacheal MartinSep 20, 20251.0Blonde chick working today at the counter 9/20/25 5:37pm - 5:40pm with possibly a pink or red shirt on or red highlights in hair whose attitude is unprofessional and condescending she WILL argue with you shes forgotten customer service skills include customers always "right" even when wrong meaning DONT ARGUE JUST DO YOUR JOB! It was the dumbest thing to argue! She claims shes manager which i doubt lol. Even if she is i dont see how when she chooses to argue like a child at work ... Never been to a location with this bad of service this is not the first time we had issues here... oh i cant forget to mention she "claimed" she was the "manager" of the location. I have emailed corporate, someone this unprofessional to just argue like my toddler is just gross behavior. Id like a follow up on this i will not recommend people go here while shes working if shes going to act like a toddler...im sure its even on camera... Normally we have good experiences here this lady must have had a rough day...

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

Do you deliver?
While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available at any of our locations, as well as on our website!
Can I just show my ID for a free birthday drink?
Our birthday drinks are now part of the rewards on our app! Download the app to get the free drink- we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
