- BWBob WeberMay 20, 20251.0Asked them for a quote via their web reply form. The job was to repair some light cracking in the cushions of a 9-year-old Klaussner leather sofa-bed. I even sent a photo. One would think after 20+ years in business, they'd reply to such a request with a thank you and provide a "range" of time and cost for the job. Must've seen something similar in 20+ years. right? Worst case they'd ask for more photos...maybe even a close up? Not so. The reply came back as "we recommend that you bring them in to have them assessed". That's a 70 mile round trip for me here on the east side. Maybe their staff needs a refresh as bad as my sofa-bed. They could have made that a lot easier and maybe even closed a sale. Hope others get better service...my experience was handled poorly.
