  I had the pleasure of working with Guy at Duque Roofing. I wanted the roof on my 2-story home inspected. He thoroughly, yet efficiently, inspected the roof, and he discussed his findings with me and had visuals available. Guy is an honest man of integrity! Should I ever need my roof repaired here in Missouri City, TX, I will defintely call Duque Roofing, Inc.

  We highly recommend Duque Roofing! Terry Duque went above and beyond to ensure our roof was approved by our insurance company. AJ and his crew showed up on time and completed the new roof and gutter install quickly with great attention to detail. AJ handled all permits and HOA approvals, was extremely responsive, and communicated with us through the entire process! We are very thankful for Duque Roofing!

  From the moment we met Guy, we knew were in good hands. Guy did everything he said he would do and more. Every interaction we had with Guy and the Duquue Roofing team was positive. The roofing crew arrived when expected and completed the job very timely. These guys work hard and did a terrific job not just with the installation, but the clean up too. Very impressive. We highly recommend Guy and the Duque Roofing team.

  I had an outstanding experience with Duque Roofing, Inc. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of professionalism and customer service that is truly rare in the industry. Guy, who came out to inspect the job, was meticulous in his assessment and made multiple visits during and after completing the work to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and insightful suggestions on how to enhance the roof’s aesthetics—implemented without any additional charge—was incredibly refreshing. Michalene was equally impressive, guiding me through the payment options and helping me choose the perfect colors for the project. She made the payment process simple by offering convenient online options, and her communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, making everything seamless. The entire team at Duque Roofing was proactive in their communication, consistently showing up when they said they would, and never once did they try to upsell me on unnecessary services or additional costs. They worked directly with my insurance company, making the entire transition simple and stress-free for me as a homeowner. As someone who has dealt with many contractors in the past, I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience. Duque Roofing and its dedicated employees, like Guy and Michalene, have set a new standard for me in terms of quality and customer care. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services!

  These guys just replaced my roof and I’m very pleased. Spoke with a few providers, and Duque was the only company that did not push to get insurance involved (in an attempt to inflate the price, I’m sure). They didn’t email a quote or price, they drove back out to my house to discuss two different options and show me the difference between products and how they’re installed. Very professional and seemed genuinely pleased to get my business.
