  I'm glad we get to post our experiences good or bad when we encounter poor service. What I just experienced on Aspen at the Duncan Donut store led me to leave and call the corporate office. I didn't get the chance to speak to anyone, however, the competency of the 2 individuals in the store was very ill mannered, rude and negative. I bought a large bag of decaf coffee with a gift card and asked for a receipt. The store register machine doesn't offer receipts. The experience there was odd and Very Unprofessional.

  Closing down was the only good thing they ever did. Every, and I mean, EVERY, coffee I got from this location the worst I've ever experienced. They told me "we measure everything" and that always baffles me. How can every drink taste so horrible if you just have to follow a measuring guide for it? The service was also incredibly horrible. I understand working in a place you hate but I never took it out on customers food. We all work hard for our money and for another person to mess up and waste our money because they're upset is just selfish. I hope everyone whos ever worked at this location finds something that makes them truly happy. This location must have a curse on it from how horrible the staff vibes were 24/7. The food was also crazy bad in everyday that mattered. I hope this location doesn't reopen so something new can take its place.
