- ACAmber CSep 5, 20251.0I have no idea who is hiring people is the last six months but next hire please make sure they have some customer service and want to be at work. This morning I come in order a pumpkin cold brew with cold foam. Leave out of drive through realize there’s no cold foam. Go to the walk up window the lady doesn’t say anything grabs a can of cold foam and tells me open the cover. I have a flat cover cup. So obviously it won’t close after she sprayed the cold foam. I laugh. She goes let me get another lid. Meanwhile the cold foam is all over the cup and sides. I say can I at least get a napkin and she slams the window. Look into bag you guys don’t have wax paper anymore? All the donuts are stuck together . This place is a joke!
- JHJohn HinckAug 16, 20252.0Received a gift card. Down loaded their app. Ordered online, Order exceeded the value of the gift card. The entire bill went to my credit card. Grrr... Picked up the order. Customizations weren't correct. Next time we went because we were in a hurry. It's a "fast food drive thru" right? "Park and wait to get through" doesn't sound as catchy, but reflected reality that morning. Perhaps it was an unusual day. Given the number of cars in the line and the great breakfasts available ELSEWHERE in Cedarburg, it's meeting a need for some and only one driver turned around and left. Two wraps and a coffee for $5 was the deal for the day. A good deal if you're willing to trade time for an inexpensive, passable breakfast.
