- JJJuliaAug 22, 20251.0Whoever worked afternoon shift 08/21/25 in drive thru. The energy/ service AMAZING loved her. So I was so excited to try the fall menu and got the pumpkin sugar cookie iced cookie that I came back in the morning to get the same thing.. but seems like the morning shift had no clue what I was talking about trying to explain to me that they do not have the ingredients and it’s discontinued which was just vanilla, pumpkin and topped with cinnamon sugar and the attitude was not it. Please make sure your morning and afternoon staff are trained properly instead of confusing and losing customers at this location.
