She asked if I needed anything else and I jokingly asked for a discount. She couldn’t provide a discount so she used her own points to give us free donut holes. We chatted for a bit since there was no line and she told us her goal is always to make every customer happy. The coffee at this location is consistently better than other dunkin locations.
