  I’m a regular here and the service is very hit or miss (as other reviews have mentioned). I agree with other comments saying it seems like only teenagers work here. The food and drinks are usually good enough, but today we got a cup of hot milk instead of hot chocolate. Unfortunately didn’t realize until I was home since it wasn’t my drink. Not sure what happened there. There’s also a huge gap in the top. I also got a hot drink with whipped cream, and mine was still in tact when I got home. So I can’t imagine that whipped cream completely melted in that time. Very disappointing

  There are serious issues with management. Every time I go there, they are out of apple pie or glazed munchins. I thought this is a donut shop. Always out of something. POOR management!

  Always fresh & I have to talk about James! He was so kind and helpful during our visit today! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and really made our day. It’s clear he’s a great employee who truly cares about the people he serves!!! Thanks again

  **0 Stars – Do Not Recommend** If I could give this Dunkin’ zero stars, I would. The coffee is *never* hot — it's barely lukewarm, which completely defeats the purpose of buying coffee in the first place. On top of that, it's never sweet enough, no matter how many sugars or flavor shots I ask for. To make things worse, they get the order wrong about half the time. It’s incredibly frustrating, and at this point, I’d rather go out of my way to another location than keep dealing with this. Definitely do not recommend.
