  Overall, an unpleasant morning. No welcome in or Good Morning. They don’t warm coffee rolls, never ever been to a Dunkin that hasn’t .

  When we arrived, a staff member was busy washing the door. There was no friendly greeting. Also outside, there was this odd sign with a dog on it that said something about joy and referred to kids — I had no idea what that was about. What was also concerning to me was when the server touched the trash can and then went to get the donuts without changing gloves. I had to ask him to put on a new pair — which he did, thankfully. The donut selection was pretty limited, and we were told the sandwich machine wasn’t working. On the bright side, the cranberry juice I ordered was cold — so at least there’s that.   My friends bought an Ice cream cake for me for my birthday and the cake itself tasted dry. The cake was a confetti cake no problem again just tasted dry. The ice-cream was good and the icing tasted different.

  I've been to this Dunkin location 3x since they opened. Not once have I had excellent service. The first time, my dad and I ordered iced coffees. There was more cream in the coffees than there was coffee. When we confirmed that it was the correct order, the employee seemed confused as to why we weren't sure. The next time I went through the drive thru. It took at least 3 different people to complete my order. Most recently, I went inside to order. I asked if they served bagels because there were none displayed nor on the menu. They said yes, they keep them in the back. I ordered an assorted dozen. I asked if they sold tubs of cream cheese and they said no, they would have to charge me for cream cheese for each bagel. There were 4 people working; one was taking orders for both inside and the drive thru while also filling orders. The other 3 were just filling orders. It took at least 5 minutes after placing my order (and not having had to wait in line to place my order) before the dozen bagels were handed to me. I didn't check the order before leaving, and I should have. All dozen bagels were plain.

  Donuts are good. Fillings are sparse, but still good. Basic showcase display of items next to the counter. Cashier is reluctant to be bothered by customers. Unless you call out to her, she'll continue to work with her back to you. After you've ordered and paid, she's back to wiping the counter behind her. No hello, nor welcome. No goodbye nor thank you. Just get the feeling of "be on your way." Don't know about mornings, as I only have been a few times in the early afternoon.
