  I just went through the drive-through for the first and last time I ordered two cream filled longjohns and a spider donut cause I thought it was cute. I got two plain longjohns, no cream no spider donut and like an idiot I left a tip. Why can’t people just do their job? How hard is it to read a receipt?

  When this Dunkin opened, it was great. Never had a problem. The past five times I have gone (I’m not exaggerating) I have had horrible service and a bad drink. Cold sandwiches that are ordered hot… multiple drinks ordered with whip cream only to have none on the drink when delivered. This last time, we had to correct the woman taking the order three times to get a “signature butter pecan iced latte” and it still came out wrong. I started ordering that drink there when they opened. They also handed us the wrong drink at first. And this is also not the first time that that has happened.

  Worst Dunkin experience ever. Took 5 minutes for them to take our order with no other cars in the drive thru. Should have left, but i was in the mood for a coconut iced latte. It was made wrong. No sweetener, no coconut, barely any espresso. I literally drink this 5 days a week from another Dunkin and know exactly what it's supposed to taste like. My regular store even does it so good I stopped going to Starbucks all together. Do better Dunkin in Radcliff. Better staff, better management, better customer service, better everything. You would have to pay me to go back and even then, I would have to think about it
