- JGJerri Gossett2 days ago2.0I went to Dunkin about a week ago. The service was fine. I ordered two drinks and they both tasted awful! I took one sip and couldn’t drink any more. I called to complain and was told that I wasn’t correct when I said the “coffee” had a burned taste. I was, eventually, offered my drinks remade or donuts in the place of the bad drinks. I took the donuts and they were real good! When I picked them up the young man was very nice and took care of me with no attitude! My hint is to go to Starbucks or The Blend or Lavish. Don’t go to Dunkin.

We stood at the register for at least five minutes no one ever came up to us. I was being loud and complaining, and no one still came up to us so then I was going to order off the little screen thing and they don’t even have the donuts that they have made out in the display on the screen so you can order one without having to talk to someone which I could not do because nobody would come up and talk to me. This place is a joke not the first time I’ve had problems going inside here and trying to order get with it. People on the inside should be taken care of just as much as the people in the drive-through not happy thank you Jasper, Alabama Dunkin’ Donuts for being a crappy place today.
