  On several occassions I had to get out of the drive-thru line to wait on my order even after placing the order through the app. Today, after only ordering an iced coffee, I still had to "pull to the front" for someone to bring out my order. There was another car in front of me also waiting in the "front". Not sure why this continues to occur on almost every visit.

  Don’t want to give even single star 2 months ago I went there in drive thru and place the order . Couldn’t reach to the window because I’m short and I had fracture at my leg too . I asked the lady who was serving my coffee that can you come outside with my coffee . She said no . This is happened when you do not train your employees to respect customer. You lost valuable customer

  I hate to do this because I love Dunkin Donuts, but this place is not good. Super slow service, coffee was not done correct on multiple occasions... how do you mess up coffee? I'd run to the other Dunkin on route 3 over this location 10 times out of 10

  Just went to this new store for breakfast. Great experience. These young people were raised with great parents. They were fantastic. So happy, so helpful, so kind, so polite! Highly recommend!
