I had never been here before and I missed the screen to order. The manager was very nasty and waved me away, talking about the scream, the scream (in English, the screen). By this time there was a line I had to wait in. If I wasn't picking it up for someone else, I would've left. I'll never go there again. If you want rude service, this is the place for you.

I will not give this location even one star!!! I am currently under the ADA (American With Disability). I went to the store this morning October 12, 2025 at approximately 7:30 A.M. The sign on the door states hours of lobby open at 6:00 A.M. but the doors were locked. I tapped on the window and the lady working the drive thru motioned for me to go to the drive through window. I can not drive because of my ADA. I looked at the drive thru line and there were 3 cars in the line. I walked further to McDonald's and bought me something to eat. On my way back I stopped through the drive thru window which is what the lady had stated for me to do when I was there the first time. A guy motioned for me to go around and come inside. Upon doing so I explained to the guy that the lady had told me to come through the drive thru. The lady tried ro interject and tell me that they were closed earlier when I came to the window( which was approximately 20-25 minutes prior). I decided to leave the establishment because I did not like her tone of voice towards me. Upon leaving I looked for the address of the establishment so that I could call in a complaint but I could not find it. I went back inside and asked the guy behind the counter twice what is the address to this Dunkin Donut and he stated "I don't know". I stated the same question to the lady twice and her response was the same "I don't know". The lady ran to the back while speaking a foreign language to someone in the back while the guy behind the counter was laughing. I did not find anything funny at all and I was VERY upset as being an ADA. Another employee came from the back after the lady called for him in a foreign language. He stated to me "may I help you brother?" I stated to him." I am not your brother" and left the store.
I definitely will be seeking to file a formal complaint against the store and their employees!! Is this how you treat an ADA customer? I will never ever visit this store again and I DEFINITELY do not recommend that anyone visit this location. The people there are HORRIBLE!!!

Trust the reviews. I've been here twice in as many months. The service is horrible. Tonight the greeting was "yeah" when I questioned if he was ready to take my order, he was just as rude. I won't be back. I know how to vote with my dollars. I can't help think that they wouldn't treat customers like that if they were in another part of the city.

Incredibly rude, I mean seriously, if there's anything close in vicinity that you might want instead, eat that bc it's not worth them upsetting you

My Mom and I went here to pick up some regular donuts and some donut holes. The guy that was helping us barely understood English. This Dunkin donuts location is not what it use to be at all
