- NVNick VillantiAug 15, 20253.0Review is going to be the same as others. All the workers are taking orders from the kiosk. It makes it feel cold walking up. The ladies behind thr counter were friendly and did help people with donut selectio s after the order was placed. There are doing a good job and working hard but the setup is not consumer friendly.
- MHMathias HoelzliAug 4, 20251.0I’ve never felt more unwelcome at a Dunkin’. There’s no counter service—just a row of kiosks, one of which was broken. The one I used was painfully slow and glitchy, repeatedly adding items I didn’t want. I had to restart parts of my order multiple times. After finally placing my order, my items came out separately over the course of 20 minutes—first the coffee, then the donuts, then the sandwich—because the kitchen operates like three disconnected stations. The staff seemed hardworking but totally disengaged from customers, just placing items on the counter without a word. It felt cold and impersonal, like I was invisible. To top it off, my daughter had a birthday wristband for a free donut, but no one would talk to us or tell us how to redeem it. We left feeling frustrated and ignored.

- RGRyan GrayMay 12, 20251.0Extremely rude staff. Horrible coffee. Terrible service. The staff at great wolf lodge itself is great. The staff at this dunkin donuts is horrible. The person that served my drink made a mistake, was a jerk about correcting it and rude from start to finish. As a former service industry worker, I would fire this person and would put my team through some training. They messed up several orders in front of mine as well and were rude to other people. It was shocking to see how they interacted with people.
