- THTeresa HuntAug 3, 20251.0I really didnt even want to give a star at the way I was treated today, I went through this location today about 410pm now mind you I am a consent customer of 3x a day and today as Im placing my order I ask my daughter who was with me what she wanted as the manager I assume is telling me my total and asking me to come to window I stated I was not done with my order and as rude as she could be state "WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT" I said excuse me and told her what I wanted and move forward. I asked the girl taking my money "Are you all rude today" she said well you were rude first, I then started crying and said Im a repeat customer and Im never rude to any of you if anything I stand and talk to you all when Im in here. The then manager came to the window, and I held my drink up and said this is even wrong the other window girl then yelled at me and said that is what you wanted I said no continuing to cry. I just took my stuff and pulled away. Im so disappointed at the way they acted today and the fact that I was not rude to any of them whatsoever unless you want to consider that me saying excuse me about them being rude to me about i was not done with my order then I guess I was rude. I would say I would start going to starbucks again but I love dunkin so much that I will probably continue going I just wont conversate out of my way anymore.
