  Full house full of workers yet they have the lobby closed which forces older women to have to stand in the drive-through line on foot. I think that is extremely unacceptable.

  Waited there by the register for over 5 minutes. No acknowledgment. A big group walked in after me and they were provided service. Wouldn’t recommend!

  The workers are very rude, I walked in the fix my sandwich because they gave me bacon instead of sausage. After waiting a few minutes with no help I ask the worker that was there just on her phone for help. She came to the register finally and I told her my issue. She then took my sandwich to the back and the person I assume was the manager came back with my sandwich and an attitude and refused to fix the order. After trying to explain to him my issue he did not care and kept cutting me off and lying. I ended up having to get a refund

  Since when do have to pay for light ice!? Clearly Dunkin is getting over knowing that the ice coffee is not even half of coffee and more ice than anything I will not patronize them anymore they don’t respect the customers at all
