    Today was a pretty big let down on the customer service side of things. I have been going to this Dunkin location for a few years now and have had mostly good experiences, and that's why I'm still giving it 4 stars. I ordered an iced coffee, bacon cheese bagel and some munchkins in the drive thru. In the past at different locations I have occasionally received my bagels (that are supposed to be toasted and hot) very lukewarm to cold, so I always check before I drive off. This time, it was barely warm, so I asked politely to have it remade. The girl who remade it came back to the window and all she said to me was "Well had I just made it, but here..." - she was referencing the original cold bagel with a bit of an attitude, like I'm supposed to feel bad for asking to have it remade. Like it's my fault as the customer for not taking a cold bacon cheese bagel. I have worked fast food before, so I get it sometimes you have bad days, but you should never make the customer feel bad especially if they're being polite about it. Dunkin management do better... please do yourself a favor and invest time into your staff instilling good customer service skills. I'll still come back because it's a convenient location for me, but I know a lot of people that would completely write that location off if they had the same customer service experience I did.

    Stopped for a iced coffee and couple of donuts. Coffee was good, but the donuts were just ok, didn't taste fresh at all, personally I think the donuts are overpriced for what you get
